Welcome to all visitors of the new WowPhilippines blog! I am excited and happy to have this new blog as part of our website, it’s a new way to serve our customers, and we have a few other new things up our sleeve that we’ll be introducing soon too! Keep watching, and you’ll see when these things come along over the next few weeks!

So, what purpose will this new blog serve? Well, I hope it will make for a better, more enjoyable shopping experience at our store, WowPhilippines. Everything that we do is an attempt to make our customer’s shopping experience more enjoyable, and easier, and it is my hope that having this blog will aid us in that goal. I hope to achieve this by using this blog for several purposes that will all contribute to a better shopping experience:

1. We will notify you of special events that are upcoming. If there is a major holiday in the Philippines, perhaps you don’t know about that, and it would be appropriate to send a gift to your special someone here. We will try to let you know in advance whenever any such special occasion will be happening in the Philippines.
2. We will be offering cultural advice and information. Maybe you are new to the Philippines and don’t yet know the details of how things are a little different here than where you live. Well, we hope that we can enlighten you about things like that.
3. Common problems that customers have using our shopping cart system will be highlighted and explained. For example, a number of people tell us that they have trouble trying to figure out how to enter the recipient’s address into the shopping cart. Soon, I will make a blog post showing you how to do that! Any other such common problems can be addressed here too.
4. Introduction of new products. Whenever any new products are introduced, we can show them to you here, and tell you a little more about the new product.

Anyway, these are just a few of the ways that we intend to use this blog to help improve your shopping experience with us.  We hope that you will find it beneficial.  We invite your comments anytime, and we are here to serve you!  We welcome your suggestions!
